Delivery Policy
Delivery Policy
We only ship within New Zealand and cannot deliver to PO Box numbers. Physical addresses are required.
Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. If there are delays, we will inform you.
Delivery Time:
Urban addresses: 3-4 business days.
Rural addresses: 4-5 business days.
Delivery Method: Orders are delivered by our chosen carrier to the address provided.
Delayed Delivery: If your order does not arrive within those times, please do not hesitate to contact us at deirdre@dph.nz
Partial Deliveries: Stock may sometimes be depleted at the time of your order, and sometimes, therefore, we may need to deliver items in installments. If this is to be the case, we will inform you by email, and we can offer alternatives instead.
Stolen/Missing Orders:
Non-Rural Addresses: This is covered until the courier delivers and takes a photo. No cover after delivery. Consider adding 'Signature Required' for extra security.
Rural Addresses: This is covered until delivery, but no photo is taken by the courier.
We will send you a message by email to tell you when and how we have dispatched your order.
Return Policy
Return Policy
Returns: You can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us for further instructions.
Courier Costs: You are responsible for paying your costs for returning items, and these are non-refundable

DP Herbals provides a judgement free space for people to talk openly. Issues are brought to life and problems are identified. When a problem is identified it can be solved. This process is confidential and information will not be shared with anyone without your permission.

DP Herbals promises to walk beside a client while on their health journey providing adaptive solutions and tools for ultimate wellbeing. We will always refer back to your Doctor or suggest seeing a nutritionist, a counsellor, an alignment specialist or any other professional in consultation with the client if necessary.

DP Herbals freely imparts knowledge and tools to the individual encouraging them to make their own adjustments allowing any health improvements to become permanent. We do this by staying current with up to date information in an ever changing industry via seminars and workshops.
Respect:
Everyone falls sick for different reasons, despite the fact symptoms may be similar. Each individuals body, mind and spirit are not the same so the treatments must also be individualised. Comprehensive treatment planning is done with respect to each and every individual to the best of our ability. DP Herbals promises to treat everyone uniquely with empathy, compassion and kindness.
Professionalism:
DP Herbals understands that pre-existing conditions are common and as such realistic goals around clinical markers are understood and discussed. Being part of the medical paradigm for many years has given us a very good foundation to work with people safely. Due to this we know wellbeing and vitality is also possible, no matter what the condition.
Our expectations of our clients:
Honesty:
Best results come with full disclosure of your health condition and medications is required for your own safety (and our own). Some herbal medicines and supplements can interfere with the efficacy of your prescription medication and therefore your safety.
Self determination:
We can’t help you to feel better if you don’t use the tools (education, supplements, herbs etc.) we give to you. It is therefore helpful for a client to establish personal goals at the beginning of the treatment and have regular monitoring throughout the process. Positive results will occur but only if the individual can follow their agreed plan.
Commitment:
Natural medicine works to establish balance throughout the body systems so change can take time. It is not a “quick fix” so staying with the treatment plan will ensure that we can determine the best outcomes. That been said, as a rule of thumb, for every year you have had a malady expect one month of treatment before you will start to feel results.
Feedback:
It’s important to give feedback to us over the course of your treatment as to how the changes in your body is effecting you both good and bad. This allows us to tweak the dosages or progress on to the next stage. In order for DP Herbals to be able to deliver optimal care we want to be part of your journey every step of the way. Open mindedness:
Healing is not just about the physical body. Often where there is a physical problem there will have been an emotional “event” preceding it. Changes that then need to be made can be confronting. DP Herbals encourages “letting go” of negative emotions and limiting beliefs. Once again, if required we will refer you to an appropriate practitioner.
